Maggie Adamkiewicz our Managing Partner is running and controlling the company. She is responsible for administrative such as insurance compliance, payroll, oversight the purchasing decisions as well as project accounting/estimating. Fellow workers say that Maggie is “all about the numbers” and the “big picture”, developing schedules and maintaining the project managers on the course. From time to time, you might see her on the projects sites, gathering the data, speaking with workers as he looks to continuously improving the techniques and making the crews more efficient.

Andy Adamkiewicz is our Sr. Project Manager and founder of the company has started his journey in the field 25 years ago. He has experience in all types of construction projects, starting for residential homes, condominiums, adult housing developments, as well as commercial hotel renovations and government work as post offices, schools restorations and hospital construction. Andy has been a “walking encyclopedia” on how to solve even most tedious on-site construction problems. He is responsible for managing the several crews as well as project preparation and bidding. Andy is keeping the team on schedule and reports to the contractors on progress and status of the job. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty, and is the most proud of his own private construction projects. Two homes he constructed from scratch. As he says, he is looking forward to the next one!

Greg Adamkiewicz, our youngest Jr. Project Manager, but the most active on the board. He is has experience in working with crews members and controlling the quality of the work done. Greg is always on the site, leading our workers and driving the project. He is responsible for relations with general contractors, estimating and on job training. Greg is the master in his spraying and wallpaper application techniques, for him nothing is impossible, and his personal motto is “no-problem”.
